Macros from the Enterprise Global running on only one computer

We have created a macro on the Enterprise Global to display the current phase
of a project. This was done from one computer where the user had rights to
access and edit the Enterprise Global. The macro is set to automatically run
on save each time any user opens and saves a project.
When signing onto the above computer a box appears asking to enable macros
and when we select yes everything runs from that point on that computer.
However if anyone else signs on at their computer they do not get the box
asking to enable macros and while the macro resides in the macro section, it
does not automatically run.
How can we correct this? Is there something that has to be done on each and
every computer?

I believe you need to set the macro Security Level to either Low or Medium
on each user's PC. To do this, each user should click Tools - Macro -
Security and choose one of these two settings. From your description, it
sounds like the current setting is Very High or High on each user's PC,
either of which disables some or all macros. Hope this helps.

Dale I understand what you are saying but also just saw where when the
"enable macros" box appears it seems to be looking at the C drive under My
documents for the actual macro and not at the Enterprise Global. How can we
get Server to look at the Enterprise Global rather than the C drive?

Dale I tried your suggestion on two computers and it appears to have solved
the problem. Apparently what I was seeing was not how it is. Thanks
