This means that an add-in is trying to run a macro, but Word's Security,
which is set to High by default, doesn't permit it. Here's how to solve the
problem:
1. Go to Tools | Macro | Security and set the security to Medium. This will
allow Word to give you a dialog box allowing you to enable the macros if you
choose (you shouldn't do so unless you're sure of the source, since they
could be malicious).
2. On the Trusted Sources tab, check the box for "Trust all installed
templates and add-ins." This will keep you from getting a macro warning from
any templates in your user or workgroup templates folders or Word's Startup
folder. Unfortunately, the trust does not extend to the Office Startup
folder, so you'll still get a macro warning from any add-ins there, but
you'll also get a box to check to "Trust all macros from this source," which
you can check if the source is a known application provider (such as Adobe,
one of the worst offenders).
