Macros in: Defaulting to all active templates

We have a user who has written a ton of macros which are stored in her
normal.dot. She claims that in Word 2000, she was able to get the Macros In
field to always default to her normal.dot, rather than to All Active
Templates and Documents.

Now that we're on Word 2003 (on XP), this default only sticks for one Word
session. She apparently finds this extremely frustrating, and wants to know
if this can be "fixed."

I couldn't find anything in the Kbase, so I'm wondering if there is a way to
get this default to stick, or if there is another way to get her directly to
her list of normal.dot macros? A toolbar probably wouldn't work, since as I
mentioned she has a ton of macros.

Any help will be appreciated.
