Macros in Forms

HELP!

I am creating a form that will allow people to create list of names using
Word. I have a table with the following fields:
Prefix
Last Name
First Name, Middle Initial
Orginization
CC Officer
Contractor
Mailing Address
City
State
ZIP
Advanced Degree

I would like create a marco that will do the following after the person
completing the form selects the Advanced Degree:

Unprotect the form
create a new row with all the formatting
Protect the form

Can this happen? if so, how?
