I have a global template that loads when Word starts up. This template works
fine on all of my users' machines, but it does not work on my machine. The
template loads just fine, and I can see the custom toolbars and menu, but
when I try to activate one of the macros, I get a message that reads: "The
macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security
settings."
I have seen this error before, and I've changed the Macro security settings
to Low in order to allow the macros in my other templates to work
unencumbered. The global template at issue is not password protected, it is
not marked as "read only," and when I edit the template, all of the macros
are clearly there, not commented out or anything. So, I'm totally at a loss
as to why this global template doesn't work while all the rest do.
Can I get some advice on this? I would appreciate it!
Thanks,
Beck
