Macros in subforms

Working with Access 97. Have 2 forms that run off of each other. One is
the inspection form and the other is the NCMR form which has a subform in
it. Need to be able to calculate in the NCMR subform how many times code 15
is used for each part number which is in the inspection form. Once it
reaches 5 times then need a message to come up and say this.

Hope this is clear and any help would be appreciated.
