Macros in word

Hi I was thinking about this today - how do I create a
macro in word so that the date in a particular document
always has the present date on it?

Any suggestions appreciate.

You don't need a macro, you need a field. A DATE field.

i.e. Place the cursor where you want the date to appear.

Click on Insert > Field > Date and select the format.

Press enter

Done.
