macros not working when downloading from internet

I have a web site, and on it a text field form to fill
out. I used the macro to change the enter key to jump
from field to field, rather than returning to the next
line ( which was changing my form format ). Anyway, when
I open from the Net...the macros arent functional...and
when I go to edit them...they arent there. I then go to
the document directly, open it and there they are....and
it functions.....SomeOne please tell me that what I am
doing is possible, and a workaround would be
great.....thanks

I dload the doc to the users machine via an ftp dir and zip file so
that it functions inside their user shell as expected.
