An alternative approach is to put your macro(s) in a
separate template and save it to a directory on the
network that everyone has access to. Then on their
individual copies of Word on their PCs
go "Tools/Templates and Add-Ins/Add..." and locate the
template on the network. This will give the PC access to
the macros in that template as if the macros were stored
on their PC.
This approach only works in the PCs stay connected to the
network. The macros are not copied down to the PCs
locally so if the network goes down for some reason you
will not have access to the macros. Jonathan's solution
does counter this, but involves setting up the login
script beforehand to distribute any changes later on.
