Macros on the Global Template

Hi all,

I would like to put a macro on the Global Template so that everyone who
accesses workplans from the server may use it.

Will I have to create a digital signature in order to have people use the
macro?
Will simply adding the macro to the file allow them to use it?
Is there anything else that I should know before I do this?

Any suggestions would be great.

Either create a signature certificate for it, or have users set their
security level on IE to Medium or lower.
