Macros Running Sometimes Slow Sometimes Fast

My macros are running painfully slow at times and very fast at other times. I
tried restarting computer, saving the file on hard drive (vs. network drive)
,etc. but can't see any pattern. I think it has something to do with me
saving the file on the network though cause at one point Macros were running
normal then I saved it on the network drive and then it became slow
(restarting did not help). Couple other people working with me have similar
problem.

Anyone have any clues as to what is going on here?????
