Macros

I need to write what I am sure will be an extremely complicated macro. I would love to hire someone to do this however, I have been tasked (by my boss) to do it! If you read this entire post, you are already my hero

So here's what happens: My company conducts surveys for our client companies. The survey itself is created in Word 2000 and sent out to participants who complete the form and e-mail it to me (Outlook 2000 is my e-mail client). I then open the file, number it (001, 002, etc.), go to the tools menu, choose "save data only for form", save as a text file, open the Access database and import the text file

What I would like to be able to do: Record a macro that will take the attached form from the e-mail, open it in Word, do all the stuff I do to it automatically. I know how to do simple macros from within Word but I don't know how to make it open the e-mail attachment OR override the password protection on the form. I believe that I can work out linking it to the database.

Am I asking for too much?!! Thanks for any help or assistance!
