I got error message: Word and MS Outlook 2003

The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or
documentation of the host application to determined how to enable macros.
(microsoft visual basic) (microsoft outlook 2003).

This file contains macros with an expired or revoked signature. Since you
are funning under Hight Security Level, these macros will be disabled.

I need your help with this command then tell me to do.
