MAF shortcut not working

I built a database with access 2002 using 2000 file format. I created a
shortcut to a form on my desktop, (I run windows 2000 pro). Problem: it
works fine on my 2000 machine but errors on a windows xp machine running
access 2000. the shortcut is the only issue. the program works fine. Any
thoughts or known issues?
