I have no idea what keys I am hitting to open up a small 4x4 box on my screen
that magnifies everything in it. PLEASE some one tell me how to get rid of
it without having to shut down my computer every time.

Thanks

You likely have a mouse or a Windows problem not a Office problem. If you
are using a Microsoft mouse that supports the magnifier box, there is a
button on the mouse that turns the box on and off. Try different buttons
until you find the correct one. Or, go to Control Panel, Mouse and verify
that the Intelpoint software is configured for your mouse. You mouse name is
on the bottom label of the mouse. Once configureds for your mouse, the Mouse
Panel should identify which button controls the magnifier box.

If you are using a different brand of mouse that supports the magnifier box,
you need to search for the button.

Vista also supports a magnifier box. To turn it on, type magnifier in the
Start, Search box and click on magnifier in the results. When the Vista
magnifier box in on, you should have a magnifier entry in the Taskbar. Right
click on the entry and select Close to get rid of it. Vista Help and Support
provides more information.

Thank you, I found the button on the left side of the mouse. I just recently
got a new cordless mouse and had no idea what I was doing. This has saved me
alot of frustration.
