Mail Account configuration

Hi,

If there is any provision to configure a incommingand out mail Server as
HTTPS... In Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook Tools....

to configure https mail Account.... if there is any updates for the tools or
any other way to configure...

PLS inform me if there is any option....

Iam waiting for the Reply....
