Mail attachment in rtf duplicates column headings

Hey all,

We have a gentlemen here that likes to use the Send To on
the file menu to create a mail attachment in richtext
format. He is sending a report created in Access 2002.
When the person opens the attachment, the column headings
are duplicated or triplicated. I can't find any
information on this problem. Has anyone run across it?
