Mail feature refuses paper size of #10 envelope

Word 2007 will not accept my #10 envelopes for printing. Paper size error msg
comes up. Word 2000 and Works both do just fine. Must I print my envelopes
using the old processing software?
I have double checked the measured size against Word 2007 specs.

It is the printer driver that provides the information to Word on what is
permissible for the printer. So try going to the printer manufacturer's
support site and see if they have an updated driver.

Was finally able to get the envelope to print using a Custom Setting but
error size msg still came up first. Clicking ok on that seemed to let the
printer accept the envelope. The difference was between 4.125 and 4.13!
