Mail Folders Issue.. Please Help

Each time i exit outlook 2003, the mail folders collapse at the start of the
next session. They are expanded when the previous session ends. This has just
started, I have no idea why. Any suggestions?

Is there a setting somewhere.. this is NOT outlook express.
