Mail Format Outlook 2007

Hi, could MS look at the amount of questions on the discussions boar asking
about why users cannot alter their stationery, fonts and signature etc in
Outlook 2007 enterprise. Normal route to doing this Tools>Options>Mail
Format then whatever you would like to change button, on cliking the button
nothing happens. This question appears several times on the discussions
board but with no reply. Come on MS we bought your software, please throw us
a bone to resolve this.

Vmt,
Jim

I've checked this message board for months now and still no replies from MS
on how to resolve this .... I sent the "I Agree" response - I hope that helps
)

Also, if they are going to read these boards they should pay attention to
the fact that we "know" how to change stationery, but it won't let us do it
like in previous versions of Outlook. Right now, there's big demand to
change because of all the holidays: Halloween (missed that one now);
Thanksgiving; Christmas; New Years; Valentines; blah blah blah - how
ridiculous of MS to not allow us to have this feature. Maybe they should
design some beautiful stationery and post for us to download (gee - like clip
art .... ummm Yeah!).

That's because MS people rarely read these newsgroups, let alone respond in
them. They're not official support channels.
