Mail Format - Stationery

I cannot select stationery from the 'Mail Format' menu because the field for
the selection of stationery is not activated. Only the 'fonts' type can be
selected.
How can I activate the field "Use this stationery by default"?

Which version of Outlook are you using?
If you are in a corporate network, this option could have been deactivated
as a corporate policy. Ask your network admin to verify this.
