Mail is distributed randomly

Help!

My client is running OSX 10.4.8 with Entourage 2004 11.3.4. They are
experiencing a problem where mail received is being distributed
randomly. Initially they had an IMAP account set up on a kerio
(6.3.1) mail server. The IMAP account freaked out after 1 year of
happy service and moved over 1000 emails in to various local
folders. I then reinstalled Office 2004 re updated it and then
recreated the accoutn as an exchange account. Now any new mail she
receives gets forwarded into her Junk email even when marked as not
Junk. Have spoken to Kerio who seem to think this is an Entourage
problem, has anyone else experienced anything like this?

many thanks!

Go to Tools>Mailing List Manager and see if your client has not
inadvertently created a mailing list rule that automatically moves her
incoming mail. Creating such a rule is quite easily done by marking a
message as "not junk" and then selecting the wrong option in the window that
shows up immediately afterwards. If there are any MLM rules, disable or
delete them and see if that solves her problem.
