Mail keeps going to Junkmail

For some unknown reason to myself, my Inbox does not receive mail anymore.
It constantly goes to my Junkmail folder. I've gone over my setting in
security over and over and no matter what I do, my mail continues to land in
my Junkmail folder.

Does anyone have a remedy for this? I use Outlook 2007, Norton 360 on a
Vista PC
