mail merge and change picture in office 2003

Hello, I have Microsoft Office 2003.
I have a letter template for mail merge and Excel source file t
produce different letters. Those letters should have a signatur
picture, which I need to change depending on certain condition. Ther
are 30 different signatures,
for example director_id=10 take the signature picture file from th
file= C\Temp\director_id_10.bmp
director_id=11 take the signature picture file from the file
C\Temp\director_id_11.bmp
director_id=12 take the signature picture file from the file
C\Temp\director_id_12.bmp
I do not know how to change the inserted into template pictur
depending on different value in column 'director_id'

Please help
