Hi, thanks for helping.
I am using Word 2002 and Outlook 2002. If I use mail
merge from outlook, each recipient can see the email
addresses of all other people I send the chain newsletter
to, which is not desirable.
So I use mailmerge directly from Word. I see the same
problem as the poster below, I cannot use the outlook
address book as mail list. I use my Access data base
instead, and it works fine. However, when I click email,
I get a warning that "a program tries to send out data,
do you want that?", a safety function with a 6 second
delay per email. You can imagine that with 250 email
addresses in my access folder, this tales a very long
time.
Is there any way to disable this safety feature?
