Mail Merge bug

When I want to send a mail merged document from word,
Outlook displays for every email address the following
message: "A programm is trying to access your Address
Book". Even though there are no e-mail addresse stored
there.

What can I do to stop Outlook asking me for my allowance
for every e-mail I want to send?
