Mail Merge, Can not get it to work!!! PLEASE HELP!!

Manny

Hello,

I have a been trying to get a list of names (approx. 600-700) to merge with word. My original file looks like this in word and notepad.
Ex:

Regina Lewis
6400 8th Ave 90043
Los Angeles

Cassandra M. York
736 E 103rd St 90002
Los Angeles

Eleazar Valenzuela
352 W 68th St 90003
Los Angeles

Ruth E. Parks
2056 W 68th St 90047
Los Angeles

This is how it looks in notepad, and word. If I import it into excel it puts each line in a row (Not sure how to work Excel, but I thought I would give it a try. Anyway,) The file is typed this way, meaning that if I look at the carriage return's there is one after each typed line. I tried to find and replace with a comma, for merging with comma seperated values , but that does not work. There are 11 names to a sheet.

Any help would be appreciated..
