I have a small direct sales business that has grown and
is continuing to grow so I am looking for solutions to my
needs. I believe I have the correct software to solve the
issues, however, I have not used those options in my
software. I need to know where to find the solutions or
which new software I should buy to solve the problem. I
am looking to create a list of names to print labels (the
entire list or only certain names on the list). I need
to know how to manage the groups, i.e., hostess #1 has a
mailing list of names and hostess #2 has a mailing list
of names. I need to know the best way to create a list
for each hostess and print a lable for each name on the
list or only certain ones. I also need to be able to
prit labels for each name on all the lists for a
generalized mass mailing. I have the following software:
Windows XP Professional and Office XP Professional. I
looked at the Excel method "forcing" the groups but that
looked more complicated than I have time for. Thank you

You could use Access, its a v.powerfull tool once you've worked it out!
However you will have to make some time available. - it took me some 2weeks
to program Access to run most of my buisness requirements, allthough if you
only want mailing list labels this is fairly simple.
