Thanks for you previous reply (listed below)- what I don't gather from the
tutorial you sent me is how do I select a field as the Key Field- do you have
code that can go with the example you gave- never really used Word previously
so real starter stuff- even down to key strokes to write the code if needed.

There is no visual basic code involved with performing that operation.

[MVP - Microsoft Word]

I have a table like the one below- I want the first 3 lines to be included
in
one e-mail (all to the same account) -the 4th line in an email of it's
own-
don't know ho to merge where its not just a field you merge- but a table-
any
help?
