Mail merge drops leading zero from zip code 07001 comes out 7001

Thank you for the information. It worked perfectly.

Though I am still confused as to why Word drops the leading zero.

Merging Zip Code Errors

This is cool, but what about when part of the list is a five digit zip and
part is 5+4? I checked out your website, but I don't want the five digit ones
to format as 12345+0000. I'd rather they just printed 12345. Any suggestions?
I don't want it to have to be an all for nothing deal.
