Mail Merge Duplicate Recipients at one address

I'm trying to set up a mail merge for envelopes for a mailout. In many
instances there is more than one person at the same address but not from one
family. For example, Joe Smith, Jane Doe, Mike Jones, Tom Smith all living
at one address. I want to have an envelope label that has all the names, and
the address on one envelope, so i don't have to send the same thing five
times to each address.

Is there a way to do this with word, or access?

That amounts to a multiple items per condition application for which Mail
Merge struggles a bit.

See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP

Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article
