I use the Mail Merge in Word which merges a form then
Emails the form to different people based on the Email
address in the data file(Excel). Recently I started to
get prompted fore each email address. Prior to this all I
had to do was press merge and the whole data file would be
sent out through Outlook. Being prompted 200+times is
taking to much time.
Someone told me I'm being prompted because of office
which is helping me watch for possible virus in my macro
and the
Is there a way to just press merge and send the whole data
file thru email rasther being prompted for every record?
