mail merge emails and attach documents

I couldn't follow the email about attachments and don't understand VBA. I
want to mail merge to a whole group of people and attach the same document to
each message. I can do the mail merge, but can't find how to do the
attachment.
I'd be grateful for some help.

do I deploy it?
