Mail Merge Empty Lines

How do I mail merge postcards and remove empty lines in the address? ex.
Name, Company, address, city, state, zip but some of my addresses don't have
company name/

There is a check off in the Print Merge screen *Don't print lines that contain
only empty fields.* Do a test from the print screen if you are unsure.
