Mail Merge error with names Merge to Letter

Hi I really need help I have a problem when I merge to printer. I have entered all of my contacts individually into outlook for example companies and personal names. BOGUS BANK etc. Jack Jeffry etc. When I hit print I get Bogus Bank for company which is fine however Jack Jack comes out or LLC or Corp. only print out Im using Address block. Can anyone help with this?
