MAIL MERGE ERROR

mail merging between ms word and sage line 50 v10.
managed to do 80 merges fine and now i get an error
message when it tries to open the merged document
(unknown error 0x800a1722)

I'm not familiar with "sage line". Are you doing the mail
merge through that application? Or is it all being set up
in Word? Which version of Word?

Are you able to successfully set up and run a merge in a
new document?
