mail merge flip 2 page to print on labels

I need help

I'm setting up a mail merge document and will be making name badges. The
front will have their name and other info. I want to also print on the back
using mail merge and want to put specific information about the person. I've
tried but the information is not printing with the correct person. It seems I
need to flip the 2nd page. Do I need two documents? Help!

Yes,

You will need to documents and you will need the data source sorted in a
different order for each document so that you get the information on the
front and the back of the badges to correspond. If, it's only a one off
operation, you will probably be OK with "manually duplexing" the print
operation. If it is something that you often do and your printer is capable
of double sided printing, you may want to combine alternate pages of each of
the documents created by executing the mailmerges to a new document so taht
you end up with one document containing alternately the front and back of
each card.

I have set up that sort of thing for other people, the last one of whom
needed some specific help with it for which they offered to pay me and never
did (in case they are lurking here).
