Mail merge for labels

I have recently upgraded from an older version to Office 2007, and I want to
produce a set of about 45 labels in Word from an Excel Database. I have
followed (I think) the instructions in "Create and print labels for a mass
mailing". It produces the first sheet (21 labels) but that is all
