Mail merge for postcards, a single address prints on entire page

I merged data set of addresses to postcards.
In print preview, addresses are fine (One per postcard) but when I print the
postcards 4 to a page, one address shows up on all 4 cards.
In the troubleshooting help dialog it says this doesn't happen. how do I
correct it?

How do you have your page setup? Are you manually creating four postcards?
If you want the merge to work, use the page setup, postcard.
You will have one card on your screen and the merge will work. Print preview will
show all the cards with the same data, this is a bug.

Thanks. I used the wizard and chose postcard layout. Double-checked and the
page layout is postcard.
Print preiview is indeed as you said...but I went ahead and printed and it
printed the same address on all four cards with the same address on the one
page.
I just upgraded to Pub 2003; I had heard the bugs were fixed but obviously
they are not.
Should I start over and try a third time? Any other suggestons would be
helpful.

There is obviously something wrong in your setup, as there was no bug in any
version of Publisher to my knowledge that caused inaccurate printing, just
inaccurate print preview.

Try setting up the publication manually, without the wizards. I find that
the wizards tend to do more harm than good.

I went to BLANK publication and did the whole thing manually and it worked.
Thanks so much.

Glad to hear you've sorted the problem - thanks for letting us know :)
