mail merge format question

Hello,

I have a mail merge going for shipping items purchased. It works great
unless a customer purchases multiple items.

Instead of:

name address
qty description
qty description
qty description
qty description


I get:

name address
qty
qty
qty
qty
description
description
description
description

How can I change that?
