Mail merge from excel data base

I have cearted a data base using an excel work sheet.

The data contains in cell a:1 Mr.or Mrs.
The data contains in cell b:1 First NAme
The data contains in cell c:1 Last Name
The data contains in cell d:1 Street Address
The data contains in cell e:1 State
The data contains in cell f:1 Zip code


With as little efforot as possiple how do I now convert
that data into word so that it appears as:

Mr.and Mrs, John Smith
1234 Main Street
Columbus, Ohio 90045

Hi B. Zoar,

Prepare your list, save and close your Excel worksheet. You can close Excel
too. Open the Word, go Tools menu > Letter and Mailings submenu (Word 2002)
Mail merge wizard command. > follow wizard step by step.
