Mail merge from outlook contacts to microsoft fax

When I select contatcs in Outlook and folow the mail merge into Word when i
finnaly click finish and it opens microsoft fax and shows me a blank dialog
box asking for conatact details , it does not automaticly add fax number or
name from contacts ?

Any help would be apreciated
