Mail merge function, emailed documents lost information in "previe

Hi,

This is a quite odd problem but I have created a document (mail merge) that
was sent to quite a large number of recipients.

And now I have discovered that when the recpient saves the document on his
disc, re-opens it and goes into "print preview" mode ALL "printed" mail-merge
fields are lost and instead displaying the original field name (like
<<name>>, <<adress>> etc).

Is this a known bug or did I somehow make something wrong when I mailed the
document (used the function "email mail merge", instead of the common "send
to printer"...

(my terminology may be wrong, using swedish version)

It sounds as if you may have sent the mail merge main document instead of
the completed merge, in which there would be no merge fields, just the
plain-text results.
