Mail Merge gone from Tool Bar

All of a sudden my mail merge command has disappeared from the Tool Bar. Help!

As a workaround, try

Tools|Customize|Commands, select category All Commands, look for Mail
Merge... or MailMergeHelper in the list on th right, then drag it to your
Tools menu

Go to 'view' and unclick everything but 'page view' and 'ruler' (if you like it). The 'mail merge' option should return under 'tools'.
