Mail merge hangs

Hi,

When trying to merge a document with Word 2003 by using a data source,
Word just hangs when i click the 'browse' button. So i am unable to
even browse for a data source.

We are using Citrix Presentation Server 4. The funny thing is that a
few users are able to merge documents without any problems. So the
problem seems to be located in the userprofile.

Has anybody encountered this problem before (and solved it).

We use Word version 11.6568.6568 SP2 (part of Office 2003
Professional).
