Mail Merge- Header options lost

Hi,

Coming from Word 97 to Word 2002 SP2, I can not find anymore where I can
open/create the Mailmerge Header file.
In Word '97 with the Mail Merge Helper, Get Data function, there is a
submenu with "Create Data Source", "Open Data Source" , "Use Address book"
and "Header options ..." . Well this "Header options ..." menu I really can
not find anymore.

I need it because i need to match a Header document with the Main document.
If I make it first in Word '97 and use it in Word 2002 then it's working,
but I hope i do not need 2 Word versions to make it work ...

Regards,

If you re-enable the old MailMergeHelper (e.g. Tools|Customize|Commands,
select All Commands under categories, locate MailMergeHelper in the list on
the right and drag it to a menu/toolbar) then you will regan the ability to
have a separate header file. However, as far as I know it is no longer
possible to have a header file without a data file..
