Mail Merge Helper and toolbar are gone

I am using Word 2000 in Works 2001. All of a sudden I can no longer get the
mail merge menu to come up or the toolbar to display. What can I do?

If you have the Works add-in for Word installed, uninstall it

Thank you Graham for the info.I uninstalled the Works add-in, then renamed
the tookbars in my registry but I still cannot get the mail merge toolbar or
mail merge helper. Any other suggestions?

If you are not using adaptive menus (tools > customize> options > check
always show full menus (and standard and formatting menus on two lines))
then while you are in that dialog, go to the commands tab and under All
commands locate MailMergeHelper and drag it to the tools menu.

Thank you, thank you. I got the mail merge helper back. Now I'm going to
try to learn how to use it.
