Mail Merge - How do I set-up Home Phone & e-mail lines on labels?

Mail Merge - I want to use my labels as an address listing when needed. I
have added Home Phone and E-Mail Addresses but they will not print. If I
select the Matched Fields for these 2, why can't I get them to print?

Would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

Don't use the Address Block. Just insert the individual merge fields that
you want to use in the configuration that you want them.
