Mail Merge in Outlook with Attachments

How can I do an email mail merge (letter) with adding an
attachemnt? I tried but upon receiving the email, the
attachment was not found.

Word/Outlook mail merge does not support attachments. You'd need to use a
3rd party mass mailing program such as the ones listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail.
