Mail Merge In Outlook

I have been trying to mail merge by email from word and I keep getting
this outlook box that I have to allow the email to go through. So
basically for every email I want to send via mail merge I have to
click yes and it is very annoying and tedious. Does anyone know how I
can turn that feature off? If you know the answer please email me at (e-mail address removed)

Outlook 2003...It happens when i try to send in plain text cause if i try and merge to email an excel doc into a word doc then nothing goes into my outbox after it scrolls through the merged fields

Is there a way just to disable the feature? Does it have anything to do with my firewall or security programs?

This is the first I have heard that it doesn't work, you cannot disable the
feature there are workarounds if you are connecting to an Exchange server,
you can read more on Automation security here

specifically mention 2003 it does apply
